She manages scheduling, handles client inquiries, and ensures that our office runs efficiently so our clinicians can focus on what matters most—providing excellent care. Whether you’re a new client calling for the first time or a returning client needing support, Ms. Rose will likely be your first point of contact, offering warmth, professionalism, and clear communication every step of the way. 

Ms. Pancho is a friendly and detail-oriented member of our administration team who plays a vital role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. She manages scheduling, coordinates client follow-ups, and addresses general inquiries with efficiency and care. Her organized and thoughtful approach ensures that both clients and clinicians receive seamless support—from the very first interaction through ongoing communication.

Outside of work, Ms. Pancho enjoys reading manga and playing mobile games, hobbies that keep her problem-solving skills sharp and her creativity engaged.
